Amazing app, amazing customer service!! Very pleased with the app and would definitely recommend.

I added this app to my site so that customers can leave product reviews. I'm really happy with how easy its been and the clean crisp layout. I had some questions and they replied right away, definitely worth using.
Franchement pas mal pour ce genre d'appli. J'en ai testé plusieurs pour finalement revenir à celle-ci. La version gratuite suffit au départ et permet de démarrer tranquillement avec des fonctionnalités plutôt pro. Un seul bémol, la mise à niveau des formulaires initiaux en anglais vers le français doit se faire à la main et ça prend un peu de temps. Pour le reste, rien à dire, au top !!
Love the app! Easy to use and the Customer service is great as well!! They were able to fix my issue within a few hours!
The customer service has been fantastic. Responses to my requests and solutions to my problems in less than an hour. Tons of customization that is pretty straight forward, and for the prize its hard to see a better alternative!

I really like the app, however it doesn’t seem to capture every customer. I wish it would send reviews in days
I had an issue with the review section on my site and the team helped me out and resolved the issue . They were easy to work with. I don’t like that I couldn’t edit it myself though.
This app is so user friendly. Just in the first day of sending out emails I got several reviews back. I love the loyalty reward program app too!
Stamped provides a good service for a good price. Their customer service is what's really exceptional. I wish they did video reviews for the mid-tier price, as when you're just starting out video is really important but you're not making enough revenue to justify the higher tiers. One of my biggest issues is how slow their integration is, and how sometimes things don't update unless they clear their DB cache or you have another review submitted. Overall I'm quite pleased. Frankly, less because of the interface (a bit clunky and outdated, hard to customize) and more because of the incredible customer service. Top notch, instant response and VERY clear and helpful.
