The easiest answer to my "customer review follow-up" problems. This is a great add-on app to use to re-capture the customers buying experience and their usage experience.
This app is awesome - easy to use and really builds authenticity and authority on your site through the seamless acquisition and posting of product reviews. Even better than the app - the support team! They are always quick to answer questions/resolve issues and are hands down the best support team in the Shopify store! Thanks for the great app and support!

They are always helpful at any customizations we need and have a responsive customer support team! Great price, too!
Awesome support, We had to add to import reviews and the team helped us over 20 emails until everything was perfect! I really suggest you take them as a cheaper alternative to many review services.

Love the app so far. The basic set up was easy and the results have been positive. It definitely gets customers to write reviews that they otherwise would not make the effort to do. I highly recommend it. Adding to my review as I've been using the app for a while now and I'm still just as happy with the results. Plus, customer service is always very responsive to any questions or changes I want to make which makes life so much easier. Thank you!

Great App that helps get reviews - the basic free plan seems easy enough to set-up and work with and lets you see if you want to go the "whole hog" with a paid for option. And the basic free plan is perfect for low traffic stores – well done for including that (thank you).
