Very easy to use. I love this app!
I have used other review apps but this is the best - the fact that the emails come from my designated business email means that they look a lot more credible.
Also the way that the review template is built into the email makes the process easier for the customer, which I am sure increases conversions.
And the fact that the app is pretty much automated frees up my time - priceless!
Slight learning curve, but nothing too crazy. Great free app if you want to add review to your website :)

This app is great for reviews! It's pricing is reasonable and it's function is excellent. The real winner on this app for me is that it emails the customers and asks for a review, in my experience you will almost never get reviews if you don't do this, but it's also very time consuming to do manually. I also loved that this app was able to easily import my reviews from a different review app so I didn't lose those older reviews.
The app is very good. It delivers what it promises. The customer service is exceptional. We have been liaising with Judy and she was very patient and prompt. Highly recommended!
