The app is very easy to use. LOVE the fact that you can customize the layout of pretty much everything so it goes well with any theme. Support is very responsive and helpful. The only improvement could be the load time. It does take a bit longer to load a page. But other than that, it's a great way to gain reviews.
Really like this app. Does everything it says it does. Plus I love how customers can leave a photo with their review!

Stamped.io is really useful and is a prefect add-on for automating the review workflow so that you get more reviews. This is really helping to grow our business. Looks beautiful and saves time.

App is easy to use and has very extensive functionality. Having product reviews displaying throughout the website and on our collections pages has been a great change. Would recommend. They have great email support as well.
Easily the best support you will find in apps. All emails were responded within 24 hours and they take care of your problems and make it work for u. I've started getting many reviews. I'm on the premium plan and think the pricing is reasonable for the amount of orders I have (compared with other review apps).
Fast forward a few years on, I've still asked for support once in a while and each time the support team have managed to solve my issues and I appreciate their help and will continue to be a loyal customer.
We have been using this app for 4 years now. It has been easy to use, lots of options to customise review requests and the customer service is excellent! I definitely recommend this app!
