Simply the best customer service I have ever got! In fact it was that good and I was that impressed I have now modeled their customer service model into my own business. App is amazing and I have tried many on here but the USP has to be the service they give!

They installed everything for me within 30 minutes of emailing them! GET THIS APP!!

I started off with the unpaid version and was ready to commit to a paid plan straight off the bat and Im not usually one to go with paid apps.
The customer service is unreal and respond to your emails super fast. Im really bad with coding so the team helped me integrate the coding for my website to show reviews on my home page and on my shop products page within a few hours.
Would highly recommend this app

I really like the app. It fits in perfectly with my theme and is easy to use for my customers. The only flaw is how it appears on mobile devices. It is still very usable, just overlaps a little. Thanks guys keep it coming!

Brilliant - The quality of this service is second to none. Tommy Ong really helped me out and did a great job of sorting out some things I couldn't figure out such as css and scripts. All in all though it was really easy to set up. I got confused by the boxes initially on the widget page but once I realised these were easy to use I got my review drawer and review page sorted in no time.

This app has all the best tools needed to be successful. Simply put, it is one of the best I have used!! What is better than the app is the service behind it. I have worked closely with Tommy and Ivan and I will say that the support I received is unbelievable. Very easy to use compared to other review apps. Our store sells high quantities of small products, so my only complaint is that we had to upgrade to the premium plan in order to be able to request reviews from the majority of our customers in a specific month.
