I used this app to get easily set up with reviews. The other leading suggestion required code set up. This was an easy, one click setup and it automatically emailed all my customers over the last 120 days!
Great app. Enough features in the free app to be dangerous as well. Would recommend to anyone just for the email review request automations.
I recently switched to this review app for my small business and it has been so beneficial to boost my sales! The support team is quick to help resolve any issues and works out great for my business.
still using lets see how it will turn out, still not sure because it keep asking me for it and I'm haven't used it enough. Still waiting for it.

Just getting started looks good so far, pricing and different options allow for good and affordable customization.
So far love the app! Just installed it - it was very easy and integrated seamlessly with my shopify store. Love how I can customize the review star colours and review request email template.

Could not get it to work with my Symmetry theme. The CSV import procedure was ineffective and laborious. Changing the "reply from" field required juggling my GoDaddy accounts. Instructions for changing code were meant for coders, not retailers. Sorry, couldn't use it.

So far, it's an attractive review system and seems to have good functionality. The downside is that the help documentation is really, really terrible. Poorly written, hard to understand, vague, and some of it is out of date or missing important information.
