Excellent customer service. We needed assistance to get up and running and the team were so helpful and got back to us really quickly. Its a great app, really user friendly and really helps to boost sales.
We rearranged our product line recently and therefore needed to reassign several reviews. Ashok provided great support to help us get all reassignments done in one go instead of manually having to reassign them. Great app and great customer support!

Warning: After using the reviews app only, I switched to a full year plan of Full Suite (Loyalty and Reviews) with Stamped. The loyalty portion did not work, with an obscure explanation that it would work when I was migrated to their new Loyalty 2.0 (despite the fact I had just signed up). They refunded me, and I returned to working with Smile for Loyalty. Since then (April 19), Stamped is no longer sending review events to Smile, despite the apps being configured correctly. I have escalated service tickets in for over 5 business days with no solution.
Love this app! We are a very small online business and with Stamped automated system, we now have wonderful reviews posted for our products, with more coming in each month. It feels like magic! Plus their support team is very pleasant and helpful whenever we have a question. Highly recommend!

Had a few issues with integration into Shopify but Stamped Customer Support fixed them quickly. 5 Star product & service!
Stamped is a good product. We used it for a long time for free and recently upgraded to a paid plan. Support is good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that users can't update their reviews if they change their mind. We reach out to people that leave less than 4-star reviews. In some cases, people decide to update their review, but there's no way for them to do that.
