Stamped has been an amazing addition to our Shopify store. The app is easy to use, feature-rich, and integrates seamlessly with our theme. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible support. Anthony from the support team went above and beyond, he personally checked the code on our Shopify store and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.
Highly recommend Stamped if you're looking for a reliable review app with top-notch customer service!
Lots of features for what you pay. More than any other platform that we researched.
Elvis and Bryan from their support team are awesome, responsive and always happy to assist.
The app itself is buggy at times, often need to hard refresh or log out and back in to get some page views to show data.
We use Chrome and Edge.

このアプリがもっと日本で広まって欲しい、また運営事業者には是非インターフェースを日本語化して欲しいという思いを込めて、あえて日本語でレビューさせて頂きます。 私達は数々のレビュー系アプリを比較した結果、Stamped.ioを採用することにしました。レビュー系アプリはどれも機能がたくさんある分プランが複雑で、本当に自社に必要な機能がどのプランに含まれるか見つけることはなかなか困難です。
私達が希望する機能・運用方法について、同じ質問を複数のアプリ事業者に投げました。回答の正確さ、レスポンスの速さ、契約プランの価格の妥当性、全てにおいてStamped.ioが優れていた。
また、導入面についてもヘルプ記事が充実しているのと、個別の問い合わせについても正確に回答してもらうため満足しています。 プラン面で最も評価したいポイントは、
・googleとの連携機能
・レビューにタイトル、本文以外に質問事項を設定し、回答結果によってレビューをソートする機能がビジネスプランで利用可能 ※他社はエンタープライズ級のプランでないとこれが出来ない事が多い レビューアプリは一度導入すると他のアプリに切り替えがなかなか難しいと思うので、皆さんも慎重に検討されることをお勧めします。
Absolutely love and recommend the app. I was having issues figuring out how to display product reviews under each product and on collection pages however, Eslam, my representative assisted me in getting everything resolved as soon as possible. I love using the app and having such great support staff.
The functionality is great, and the support when I had questions was very good. I highly recommend it.
Great app, been using for a couple of years, recently - a very helpful migration of all my stamped reviews from magento to shopify taken care of by stamped support.
I was having some issues with importing our old reviews and reached out to support. Eslam from their team was amazing. He was incredibly quick to respond and point out errors I had made in the my spreadsheet. When I still couldn't make it work on my side, he went ahead and did the import which was so appreciated. There are so many moving parts on websites that it's really helpful when a support team can solve an issue. Excited to continue to use their service now to collect reviews.
They used to offer a good service although the app works fine the support is non existent now, very disappointing when you are a long term customer and you can't even get support still waiting over 4 and half days for a response. Time to look for another app I think. Update 19th March 2026 their support is still rubbish

Sandy provided great customer service! She quickly fixed my issue, and I really appreciate her efficiency. I love the Stamped Reviews app, and their customer service, is a big reason why!
