Fantastic product and support team, always very prompt replying to queries. I'm always impressed with the constant improvement and addition of features.

Have been using this app for my reviews for a year now and have been happy with it, the support is more than happy to assist me. App appearance is somewhat superior and very customizable. Had a lot of issues importing reviews but support was always there to assist me with it.

I’m very impressed with Stamped.io and have been using is for a little over 1-yr. I started out with the Free Plan and within a few months switched to the Basic Plan. The app itself is great and worth the investment not to mention some of the 3rd Party apps it integrates with which is an added bonus. Recently I outgrew the Basic Plan and have now decided to upgrade to the Premium Plan. The reviews are critical and provide customers with a sense of trust and security. I look forward to the additional features the Premium Plan offers and will look forward to the support team at Stamped.io to help ensure I’m getting the best possible ROI.

Some of the features I really enjoy are:

Auto-Pilot: Automatic emails are sent requesting reviews. Just set it and forget it!
Convenience: Customers are able to send reviews directly from their email
Conversion: See a boost in increased sales for items that have reviews
SEO: Reviews greatly help and increase your web presence

The only thing I would like to see is that they make some of the services offered in the Enterprise Plan available to smaller companies that may not have the budget like bigger companies.

Other than that the app is great and every shop owner would be wise to use it.

I love this app and its developer so much that I had to write this review. I usually don't write reviews about anything but I couldn't ignore the quality of app and service of the developer. The product itself was already good enough but my website needed little more customizations. I had about 3 major customizations needed and with speed and accuracy, the developer had done all customizations very quick and exactly the way I wanted. It's hard to explain the design of the wanted result over the email but even with several e-mails going back and forth to make it look right, the developer found out exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it to look and have done exactly that. He went beyond to make the look to fit my website's overall theme as well. I don't need to mention all the great features this app has but I just want to thank the developer(s) for making such a great app and for having an excellent service and quality!

this is one of those apps that you look back and say "how did I live without it"? besides the obvious benefits of automating review gathering, one thing that's super unique about this app is that it literally automates based off fulfillment date (not order date) which Mailchimp cannot even do. I point this out because our store is unique in that customers are "scheduling" their fulfillment date and we've struggled to find a solution that triggers a marketing drip post-fulfillment.

I've only been using the app for a short time but must say that the communication with their support team has been great. The Stamped team has been very responsive and has assisted with support needed. I look forward to using the app.

Happy with this product. Does what it says it does and for that I am satisfied.

I usually never write reviews but for them, I have to. They go above and beyond. Not only do they answer all questions in a few hours they also will do just about any review request you have. Such as adding the five-star badge where you want. I have used this app for 2 years now and never had a problem.
