New updates on the app make it worthless to use, and basic features like import reviews are not working anymore.

This app does not work as stated. Review imports are nigh on impossible, conflicting info is given re. date formats and errors constantly get thrown up. Also, the app incorrectly inverts dates for some reviews if import achieved - giving future dates for reviews (e.g. 3 December 2024). Also, the app is so slow to update changes made (i.e., 24 hours for a small change to an email review template). Unusable.

Stamped can be a little confusing to get your head around when you first start. I encountered a few bumps when starting, however, their customer service team is excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!
