I have now tried out a few review apps, and found that Stamped worked the best for my needs, and the style also suits my brand the best. Their customer service is surprisingly super prompt for such a popular app (and considering I'm still on the unpaid plan), especially compared to other apps that I have tried. Overall I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to other ecommerce sites.

Even in free version this app looks good and has many features. For everyone who wants more features, you can always go with the paid version. It is definitely worth it! PS: Installing takes a bit of time due to code but it is doable even for non-coder ;)

Great app, simple to use, plans are cheaper than other review apps. Customer support is SUPER FAST in replying and fixing problems. Can't recommend these guys enough! Loving it overall.

Have been using Stamped for a while. We got into some issues but they helped resolve it. It did take some time for them to reply but they did get the issue solved.

I have used this app for my Shopify store and it has made the review process extremely easy for me and my customers. The reviews look great on my website and are definitely helping to covert new people visiting the website into customers. The team is very helpful when you require some help too. Highly recommend.

Excelente aplicativo, de verdade. Tudo customizável, facílimo de mexer, bem simples, sem páginas complicadas. Tive problemas com diversos aplicativos que não eram customizáveis, não conseguia traduzir os textos para português, e nesse App tudo fluiu muito bem. Equipe de suporte excelente, com diversos vídeos explicativos para facilitar ainda mais a instalação e customização. Indico a todos que estão procurando um ótimo App funcional de avaliações. Grato

The free version works well for what we need for now and we'll probably move to the paid version as we grow!

Update 11/2/2022 - Loved Stamped before, but it's been having a lot of issues lately. The reviews are not loading properly. The app is very slow. Very disappointed with this app recently. We've been loyal for 3 years, but it may be time to switch to a better app. This app is wonderful. First of all, you get a really amazing support as you transition to their app. They respond really quickly to my questions/emails. They installed the app on our site and they even took out the old widget. Even before signing on as an enterprise user, they offered to migrate our old reviews to the new one. Love the interface and how you can customize everything. They have really amazing tools and features. Just loving everything about this review app. It's so easy and even if you can't do it yourself, you have a team that you can count on to help you solve any problems. I definitely recommend this app, whether you're a small business or a big company. Update 8/14/2019 - Still loving the app and customer service. The Instagram Feature is so easy to use and install to my site. Stamped.io truly has one of the best customer support out there. Easy to install and nightmare to have quality support! I installed all apps and I found one here in Shopify app that charge just USD15 and they have live support to full customization and bug fix in real time. The difference between a USD15 to a USD200 app: Both to all the same things but one have branding and the other does not care with branding just with results delivered, make your bet, do your choice. I'm more than one month asking for help but always come a Junior Support to say that I'm doing everything wrong and never fix it bugs, also, they charged me wrong USD400 in almost 1 month and no refund. I open an Abuse Case in Shopify Support.
