Fast support responses, and importing reviews are a little tricky so be prepared to spend some time on this.

Update: I finally got ahold of the correct person and they were able to get my issue resolved within a few hours. The issue turned out to not be a problem with my (product_id) data but a cache issue with their servers. Thank you very much for stepping in and figuring out what the real issue was and getting it resolved. You provided great customer service.

I've used this app for a while and the support used to be really good. I've had a issue for a week were reviews imported just don't show up on the product and if I search for the product_id I can't fined them. I've been emailing back and forth with support and they won't really look into the issue. just telling me that the reviews have been synced or sending me a document telling me how to reassign reviews to other products. The support for this app used to be great but once it starts taking over a week to get help its not use-full anymore.

The app works great, and I've really been enjoying how everything is working. However, I can't do a 5-star review because, sadly, the customer support, although able to reply fast and nicely, was not as helpful as one would hope in this day and age. I had a question to which they replied very fast and nicely but neglected to say that solve was not available for all plans. That lack of vital information would've saved me time preparing every step the customer service advised, as it would've saved them (Stamped.io) time in back and forward with emails trying to understand why it wasn't working until it was pointed out it was not for all plans. That was my experience; you may have a different one, still, that says nothing about the app itself, which has been working great so far. 5 stars on the app, 3 on the customer service.

I am giving this 2 stars for the following reasons
1. Support is terrible. It takes 24 hours for a response, then if you need to respond to their response it takes another 24 hours. The support staff is unhelpful and doesn't think beyond what is written to what the problem can be. 2. I also recently added stamped reviews because of the bundling cost savings...big mistake. It took 3 weeks to import from my other platform. I had to send them updated exports. Their "easy importer' does not work! I kept getting errors despite doing it EXACTLY as they document. I sent it to them to do ... 3 weeks later...the points are imported. I had to go back through transactions while waiting to ensure point values were correct, which they weren't. The UX also doesn't display points unless you click on each individual profile. The UX loads slowly so it's torture working in the app also. I'm not saying don't use them...but ugh the onboarding has left such a bad taste in my mouth.

This reviews app has a great intuitiveness to it. I first used Shopify Reviews to import all of my Etsy Reviews, and other website reviews - after some time I wanted the capibility to send email requests for reviews, which Shopify Reviews did not have.

This program is great for getting more reviews, and integrating to so many platforms - it also has a great platform for expansion, meaning the more expensive plans give you bigger and better benefits which is exciting.

Love it! Amazing app to design and add reviews from customers! Love that it has a free plan for small business!

First of all, this is the best review app on the market for the price PERIOD. The reviews are searchable, they allow for tags, and the whole look/feel is highly customizable.

However, what I like even more than the app itself is the support team behind it. They are incredible. If you have ANY issues with this app, the support team will fix them IMMEDIATELY. I have never received better support from an app company in my life
