I've just installed this App so am going through it at the moment, still finding my way through - I like that it helps me with pop ups to show me what customisation I need to do next when setting up.

I switched from Yotpo to Stamped.io and boy am I glad I did. I won't miss having to negotiate with Yotpo every year moving forward. Stamped's pricing is very clear and you get more features for less than 1/2 the price over Yotpo.
Amazing review app! I am so pleased with all of the amazing features included with this app and also that you can customise the branding to match your. website perfectly. The support team have been fantastic and helped me migrate my reviews over from my current app and set everything up. I had lots of questions and they answered them all and have been so helpful with everything! Highly recommend!
Excellent app with great support team behind it, the app is great and generating results............
This is not a good app. It's a constant "give us more money" scam as most features are behind layers of paywalls. As soon as you hit your monthly limit of review requests you get asked to upgrade every 30 seconds. Everything about the "creating banners" feature is broken. It constantly makes you re-do your work and still messes stuff up. Support says they are aware of the issue and doesn't fix anything. Not sure how they got such a high rating, I would look elsewhere.

You're actually on the Business plan that allows you to request reviews from up to 1,500 orders monthly, and it's higher compared to comparable apps available.
It seems you've reached the sending limit on the Business plan and therefore it's showing a modal that encourages you to upgrade the account to continue sending the remaining review request emails, or you can also simply wait for the monthly reset which happens on 1st of every month.
Regarding the Smart Banners, it's recommended that you use Google Chrome to create the banners.

best review app out there. very easy to use and their support team are great with very quick around the clock response time!
So far so good. I have nothing amazing to say nor anything bad to speak upon. So far, everything works as it says it would. If you ask me, only time will tell.
**Update: you said we raised 6 separate tickets, but it's ONLY after I kept speaking with one of your support team with over 70 email threads. The app occurred several bugs during the migration, and we had to tackle all. However, whenever I asked 3 questions about 3 different issues, your support only answered one, taking 1-3 full business day, and that was not even resolving the query. After maintaining that for 3 weeks, I decided to raise other tickets. That's how we got 6 tickets open. Your support team tossed our ticket to the billing team. Even though your billing team saw my ticket regarding bugs, they didn't tell the support team. As a result, my ticket stayed for over 3 days. Only after I raised another ticket, someone else appeared to look after the ticket. And over 3 days, homepage bug, is a serious issue. After posting a 1-star review, they finally fixed the bug. That's magical, since we had to wait this long. Now the reviews go public, you are fixing the bug. Full of bugs and only offer great customer support, WHEN first installing the app. Terrible after, when we really need help. I faced an issue with sending review request. None of our review request was sent to our customers. As a result, we are not collecting any review since 9/19. However, they are just "looking into" the issue. I have been exchanging emails around 70-80 times. They are great when you first installing the service. However, once you are bound by them, they just do not care. Go to Okendo or Junip. The app is also full of bugs. I had issue showing questions and answers in the main widget. I have been waiting a solution for 3rd week by now. I need to chase them and send them several emails a week, to receive a reply that "they are investigating" the issue. For such a critical thing as review, these two attitudes 1) do not look after their existing customers - I have been loyal to them for lat 1.5 year - 2) core function full of bug become the reason why we need to avoid using them and move on to more affordable competitors like Junip.

I'm sorry that this has been your experience. We absolutely do care, and I think some of the confusion has come from our ticketing system. I see here 6 separate tickets with you, some of which had to be escalated to other teams outside of our default support inbox.
The reviews sending issue is a known current bug that should be cleared up soon as our product team is working on it as we speak!

If I could leave 1,000 starts I would! Fantastic support that went above and beyond my expectations. We are moving platforms and had a bunch of reviews that we needed to carry over. The problem was the CSV file from our old platform was missing some of the required information I needed in order import these reviews. Stamped.io gave me great instructions on what I needed, and then I provided them a spreadsheet. They took care of the rest! They imported my reviews and they look amazing! in addition, they built a reviews page for us to have a central place for our customers to see all of our reviews. This was in addition to the reviews already posted in each product. This was a seriously stressful process until I engaged Stamped.io in the process. Fantastic knowledgeable support that really saved me so much! A hug to the entire Stamped.io team!
