This app is awesome - easy to use and really builds authenticity and authority on your site through the seamless acquisition and posting of product reviews. Even better than the app - the support team! They are always quick to answer questions/resolve issues and are hands down the best support team in the Shopify store! We had a somewhat complicated and confusing situation due to our GR3EN Superfood brew subscription package. I reached out to Tommy and I have to say, he was amazing. He worked for several days on getting everything figured out and accommodated every request I made. AWESOME customer service! I just sent our my first batch of emails requesting reviews at www.gr3en.org , and the responses have been a joy to review, very encouraging for a store owner to know that his or her customers are happy with their product :)
Love stapmed.io and love just how easy it is to use and customize. Plus the support team is amazing and has gone above and beyond what I would expect. Asked them for help getting something formatted, and they ended up doing the coding part for me!
