Fantastic customer service and response. Great app and reviews
Eslam was super helpful and responsive. I have always found the app and support to be wonderful and would highly recommend it.
Been using this app for years now, does a great job of automatically emailing my customers asking for reviews. Easy to navigate software and the customer service is very quick and top quality, any questions just ask them and they sort it, thank you :-)
I am updating my review to 1 star due to repeat issues with the app not pushing the reviews through on mobile and desktop. Customers leave reviews and they don't show on your store which is defeats the purpose.
I have reached out multiple times about the same issue and on the most recent occasion, it took almost 3 days for someone to respond to my inquiry. I am not happy with the way customer service handles requests, they are slow to respond and don't seem to care that the order is resolved or not. In the last instance, the support staff asked to get in to the backend of my store? Why is that necessary when you own the software - can't you figure it out on your end, it's your technology. All I want is for my reviews to render properly as they should since that's what I am paying for. Going back and forth is a big waste of time and the problem has been ongoing now for over a week. I don't recommend this app.
Struggling with the rate badge installation in our website, I reached out for support. Niran responded incredibly well and solved the matter in a day after I sent the request. Outstanding customer service!!
Been a customer since 2016 love this platform, customer service is great also if you have an issue they get back to you same day!

We have been using Stamped for many years and very happy with the app. They have premium customer service, always quick and helpful responses!
Every time that we have had to reach out to Stamped, they have been so quick to respond and so kind.
They ALWAYS have my issues resolved within 1-2 hours at the most. Most of the time much quicker than that!!
If I could give them 6 stars I would I have had the privilege of working with multiple people ( Sid and Brittany come to mind first ) They are incredible!

Easy app to use. I like to way I get to automize emails to get reviews X days after a client purchase an item. Feedback is valuable, and time too! The customer service with the team is A+ EDIT Janvuary 10: Customer service still A+! Thank you for your help, as always.
