Update 11/2/2022 - Loved Stamped before, but it's been having a lot of issues lately. The reviews are not loading properly. The app is very slow. Very disappointed with this app recently. We've been loyal for 3 years, but it may be time to switch to a better app. This app is wonderful. First of all, you get a really amazing support as you transition to their app. They respond really quickly to my questions/emails. They installed the app on our site and they even took out the old widget. Even before signing on as an enterprise user, they offered to migrate our old reviews to the new one. Love the interface and how you can customize everything. They have really amazing tools and features. Just loving everything about this review app. It's so easy and even if you can't do it yourself, you have a team that you can count on to help you solve any problems. I definitely recommend this app, whether you're a small business or a big company. Update 8/14/2019 - Still loving the app and customer service. The Instagram Feature is so easy to use and install to my site. Stamped.io truly has one of the best customer support out there. Thanks!!! <3 Update 2/12/2020 - The Stamped.io team is really wonderful to work with. They are quick to reply to customer support issues and they are great at problem solving. Love, love, love!
This app and its service has really gone down hill. It use to be the absolute best app for reviews and their service was stellar. Now, the support team either A) does not respond or B) denies the issue and points to other party's such as google. Case and point, Stamped.io is a google approved seller review aggregator but the seller reviews stopped updating again several weeks ago (ongoing issue, they are aware) and I contacted support and they said there is no issue and it is updating fine even though records show its has been several weeks since the last update. Support says its google, google says its stamped, when I provided the support agent with the chat log from google showing google has made stamped.io aware of the issue, the agent simply never responded. Shop around, there are lots of alternatives and this one, trust me has gone down hill if there ever is an issue.

It looks like Kaushik is working with you on your current Google issue. This is a tricky one to be sure.
Once we have provided Google with the feed, all we can do is wait for them to update. Unfortunately Google is in the habit of simply pushing any support tickets created back to us without any helpful information.
I see that your ticket was marked as pending after we reached back out to Google directly, and I apologize as we should have informed you of our actions.
I've escalated this to ensure you get some answers here.
Their customer service is BS.. Takes so long to respond when I'm having urgent errors. I wish they have live chat available so they can get things fixed right away for users

After deleting their app (after years of using it), their Reward widget (part of their Review app) is still visible on our website and we cannot remove it. More than a week after we and Shopify's support team has contacted them, they have still not sorted it out - apart from emailing us a couple of times to let us know they have passed it on to the correct department. Very poor customer service. Will never use Stamped again for this reason alone!

Nothing about this app functions properly. I cannot even figure out how to change the product photos.

Terrible app with even worse support, I'd high advice not to get everything set up on this app, try Okendo, we're going to start transitioning to that
Updated in 2024 July:
Stamped changed its billing policy to a tiered one based on number of orders per month. We import all our orders from another platform into Shopify. These orders do not have email addresses and yet are counted towards the monthly order limit.
2020:
I used this app to collect more user generated content e.g. photos, use cases for our products and also to display reviews based on product groups instead of individual products.
Support was responsive and effective in helping us resolve issues encountered during set-up e.g. custom fonts, custom forms. Working great now. Thanks Alyssa!
Dumb. We are trying to transfer reviews - and you cant even upload their downloaded .csv file to their program. You have to take their downloaded template, and then manually transfer every line to their custom upload template. Literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen and is waisting my time. Switching programs now.

Our review export functionality is actually designed for transferring reviews to another app or for backup purposes. If you share the old vs new Product ID we will happily map the reviews accordingly!
You could also assign a review to another product using the below guide, this will need to be done be one at a time.

I have been using this app on my store for quite some time and it's always been awesome. One of the biggest complaints I have however is the constant changes lately to the app. I had requested from support many many months ago to help me install a specific widget because it was not working for me and they asked me to make them "part of the store" and I did and they NEVER even logged in and installed anything. So...I gave up on wanting that feature. Still, kind of annoying the lack of follow-thru from support. Also, the box that pops up when you are in the app itself moderating reviews ext, WILL NOT GO AWAY! I am so tired of completing the same two steps over and over and over again and the "box" not marking those two things done so it will go away. Please fix your bugs and please learn to follow through and customer response.
