I had a little issue with some photos not loading and they were RIGHT on it. No waiting no long stories just simple results! I love this app! Thank you so much for your support and service it is fabulous and such a relief in a world that seems to want to fight you at every turn!

The app is fine, nothing spectacular but it works really well. Where the value lies in their ability to provide amazing customer support 24/7. Their support is worth every single cent of the enterprise plan. There are a lot of app providers that should take the time and learn from these guys. I have never had such a great experience with an app to date.

Great app, straight forward to use, and makes things simpler for us to know that review emails are being sent out automatically to all our customers! The best thing is that customers can write reviews directly in the email rather than having to click on another link, increasing the chances of them actually leaving a review!

Amazing service! I had some issues where old products were accidentally deleted so I lost 500+ reviews. The team were so helpful and replied to all of my emails within just a couple of hours (even with the time difference), and had my issue fixed and my reviews reinstated, and they even upgraded my widget while they were at it. So impressed!

It's easy to install and it allows us to publish the product reviews on our Facebook page too. Excellent review app and thumbs up for the customer service!
