Great product and support :-) I was using Yotpo. However they couldn't fix an issue I was having. This made me switch to this app. The switch was very easy and they are better than Yotpo is every way.

I switched to Stamped.io after being with another service and Stamped provides way more for less. Easy to use and setup and customer service is a breeze if you ever need them. I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely recommend the Product Reviews and the Product Reviews Addon APP. Easy to install, design can be adapted to your likes. With the Addon APP cool e-mails are posted automatically (or by you) to your customers and you can offer them a coupon code to reward them for the review and another one if they share it. It is very easy for your customers to react and the percentage of reviews I get is extremely high.

I had checked out quite a few other review apps, but this one is far the easiest and the best.
Besides it is free! The other APPs were quite expensive and this APP is so much better

If I get it right, you can upgrade and then even have your ratings displayed at GOOGLE.

I wanted to upload the reviews of my old shop, but had problems with formatting the file.
With an upgrade to the minimal plan I got all the support I needed. The staff of stamped.io was extremely helpful. As I still did not succeed, they loaded it up for me and now all the reviews are in.

Still love this app - nothing changed to the above - absolutly recommend it.

Warning: After using the reviews app only, I switched to a full year plan of Full Suite (Loyalty and Reviews) with Stamped. The loyalty portion did not work, with an obscure explanation that it would work when I was migrated to their new Loyalty 2.0 (despite the fact I had just signed up). They refunded me, and I returned to working with Smile for Loyalty. Since then (April 19), Stamped is no longer sending review events to Smile, despite the apps being configured correctly. I have escalated service tickets in for over 5 business days with no solution.

This is fantastic! After one weekend, my site instantly had lots of reviews from past customers. Thanks for a great app!
