they don't charge any fee for a starter and the feature that they offer is very good.

Works well and saves time as it's all automated, also does reminders for those customers who don't respond the first time around. Support is good with quick responses when needed.

Have been using this app for a while, tons of great features. We are on the Business plan, I love using the Rewards and Loyalty snippets. Great app, a complete app I would say. Highly Recommended.
