Their customer service is BS.. Takes so long to respond when I'm having urgent errors. I wish they have live chat available so they can get things fixed right away for users

I have used this app for the review management of my website. I found this very useful with a lot more customization options which are important when you collect reviews from your customer.
I have a startup business and this app provides me very good functions at an affordable price which I loved about this app.
This app and its creators are amazing. The customer service and what this app offers is second to non. I have been using it for a while now and every time I need help they are right there to explain what I need and make it happen. Will continue to use them! Thank you!!

Their apps are very easy to use, i am using both the reviews and loyalty app. their support team are very helpful as well, always helping me with my questions/issues!

We love this app it really works. It does a great job of getting our customers to leave reviews and you need this app on your website too. Yes you do. You will be amazed at the results of this app. I think its because the customers can easily leave a review in the email that they get sent so it makes it all very easy for them and we are now finding that we are getting lots of reviews where as before we had to contact the customer a few times to try to get a review.
This app is super easy to use and efficient! They do an amazing job of showing you how to use it. I love it
