The app is good, but the support is everything. We switched over from another much higher priced system and were concerned about a potential lack of support. The team at Stamped.io is exceptional - they respond only via email, but respond quickly and efficiently. Super helpful and always there to make sure your experience with the app is top notch. Seems great so far. Customizable and has lots of pretty great features and support. We recently swapped from another review platform that cost more and offered less. So we're quite happy.
