We have been using Stamped.io for several years now. It is a reliable way to solicit reviews from customers, and the reviews can be configured to show up on Google Shopping, or as Product Snippets.
Should you ever need support, the stamped.io team has always been responsive and helpful to our enquiries, providing a solution. Going with Stamped.io is a great choice!

We have been using this app for many years now on our 2 sites. It is very user friendly and offers many features. We were using this app initially to send automated emails to our customers to review our products once they received their order but now that Shopify has sunset their own product review app, we are now using Stamped for this as well. We did experience a hiccup with this transition- no fault of Stamped. In fact. customer support was very responsively and quick at getting it all sorted out for us and it's working perfectly.
A wonderfully helpful app for moderating and showing customer reviews. Very well design site widgets and flexibility. I'd highly recommend to any ecommerce owner looking to display quality social proof. Excellent support as well if any issues or questions.
We've been using Stamped.io for years now and it has always been brilliant for our business. Review collection is easy and smooth, and customers respond really well to it. The functions for displaying reviews are also excellent and have been perfectly tailored to our store. Most importantly, their customer service is second to none. Today, I needed some changes made to the review widgets and Sid was brilliant, he helped adjust everything perfectly, efficiently and also carefully explained the changes he had made so I knew what was happening on the back end. Thank you so much, I highly recommend!
Updating 6-19-25. Again Stamped came through with correcting an ongoing issue! Their support team is superb!
I cannot believe how effective Stamped is for increasing reviews! In a short period of time the number of Reviews have increased very noticeably! Stamped has made a huge difference. What more could you want from one App? I don't even use half of their services--as my shop grows, I'll definitely ramp up to the various services they offer. GREAT VALUE! I was using Shopify Review App--and received 20 Errors from Google recently--and it was all attributed to Shopify's free review app. Couldn't get the app Error straightened out so I knew I'd have to change-which made me nervous to change horses ! SO HAPPY I DID!! Stamped took it upon themselves to export/import existing reviews. Wow. This is worth every penny. For those of you hesitating to change Review apps--Go for it. Make the switch to Stamped!

This is the worst app developer we work with. The app is extremely slow, they don't do what they promise, the service is zero. We very much regret installing this app.

Brilliant customer support. Once the AI couldn't help me I set up a ticket and Anthony R got back to me in a timely and professional manner and helped me out with questions and even the set up of our account. I was a bit worried when Stamped lost its free trial as we had this on a few stores but it has been worth the subs on our busiest platforms and it is a great app that encourages customer interaction and feedback.
