So far this app appears to be fantastic for pulling in new reviews for items sold on site. If this is your need, I definitely recommend trying it. For importing external reviews for one of a kind products, it's been a challenge. Populating the spreadsheet is time consuming and product images won't load properly, or once loaded, sometimes disappear. Customer service has been kind and very prompt to respond when contacted. Just wish there were a more efficient process for uploading external reviews of one of a kind items.

The support team is great. I trialled a couple of different review apps. I decided to go with this one as I can customise the emails fully to match the rest of my email marketing. I think this is so important. Customers can also do their review in the actual email so they don't even have to leave their mail app. Being able to offer a coupon when I customer completes a review is also a great feature. Overall very happy with the app so far.

Great app. Had a few little issues with customising it myself but the customer service guys at Stamped.io were AMAZING and were so helpful not just in providing info/instructions, but actually fixing things for me!!!! It's not often that you get customer service like this anymore. Definitely give it a go if you are looking for a review app.

I almost switched to "loox", but quickly came back. Not to mention, I feel dumb for never reaching out to customer support as they're SUPER helpful!

This app has driven sales to our website over and over again, it is pretty much running on autopilot and we have it set to post the reviews also to social media. I would highly recommend this app to anyone with an e-commerce store.

This app is great! I've been using the free plan and recently upgraded to the Basic plan for the photo review function in hopes of getting some CGC. I was having difficulty trying to get it to work and reached out to customer support for help. They responded quickly and went ahead and took care of it. The app looks nice and clean on my website and their support team is awesome!
