This app is buggy, slow and I cannot get any help from customer support to export all my reviews to a .csv file. The only option is to have customer support do it but I reached out three times with no reply. Someone please reply so I can get this .csv file.
The customer service on this app is super slow and outdated. I've tried to contact them to resolve an integration issue for days, and it's not going anywhere because they reply via email and not through their chat. Their chatbot only generates AI responses which isn't helpful!!!
We have been using this app for over 10 years on the Business plan at $149 per month. Over the past year, the review rating widgets have been loading extremely slowly, often requiring multiple page refreshes before they appear. This issue has intensified in recent months and has resulted in a significant drop in our store’s conversion rate, as no ratings are showing on any pages. We have contacted Stamped.io support about this problem but have not received any response.
Out of nowhere the free plan changed to be for a payment plan for $19/mo. All these years of reviews I collected were instantly removed from our website and impacting SEOs. I wish Shopify would have the feature as part of the theme to incorporate ratings instead of having to resort to add these untruthful apps.
We were convinced to resubscribe a month ago by promises of a "new era" under a new CEO and significant company changes. Unfortunately, our experience has been a complete failure. The app is non-functional for us: in an entire month, not a single review request email has been successfully sent to any of our customers. Compounding this critical failure is the support, which has been severely lacking. Their only "solution" has been to repeatedly ask us to uninstall and reinstall the app, and we now go weeks without any response. Our urgent emails to tech support, our sales rep, and even the CEO have been met with silence. Stamped does not work, and the support team seems utterly uninvested in finding a solution.

been accumulating and showing reviews on my website for over a year and now they from one day to another prevent ALL OF MY REVIEWS from showing on my site because they want me to upgrade from nothing to a $23 a month plan. OUTRAGEOUS!!!! And just when I finally am paying for marketing all my reviews vanished! I am not going to write what i really think of you!
This app has become incredibly frustrating to use. The backend is confusing, sections often fail to load properly, and settings randomly undo themselves. We've had constant issues with saved preferences changing on their own. The custom social integration is especially poor and difficult to work with. For an app we’ve been paying for on the business plan for years, the performance is far from acceptable. It's slow, unreliable, and simply not up to standard.

We're also working on several perfomance enhancements to our application to prepare for the busy BFCM period that's upcoming.
We appreciate you being a long-time customer on our business plan and will continue improving the app to make it as reliable and easy to use as possible.
Non existent customer service. You guys charge $23 for customers to even use your app, and you couldn't hire a few cs agent??

run... something is always breaking. no chat or phone support. just email. document the issue and send the email. several days later you get an email from them for more screen shots of the problem... rinse and repeat taking weeks to get anything resolved if at all

After looking at our records, we received 2 different tickets from your account, and for both tickets, one was replied within 13 minutes and the other ticket was replied within 20 minutes. We also have a really strict policy of replying to any ticket within 12 hours, and this hasn't changed in the last 2 years.
We aren't quite sure if you're referring to our app, our support has attempted to reach out to you over a phone call but it got redirected to a voicemail.
