Stamped.io really know what they're doing when it comes to reviews. I've tried others and basically customers actually leave reviews using this app - which is the main thing! Also, little things like the quality of the product image 'pulled' from the product page to the review request email is excellent compared to other apps.
The Stamped.io team are excellent, and all really understand their system well and are able to provide seriously good customer care. There are helpful pages on their site explaining everything, but if you don't understand a member of their team will explain it and provide little videos that make everything super clear. They're also quick to respond and do whatever they can to help you, eg creating the review widgets on your site pages for you.
I'm probably making it all sound like it's a bit of effort to get set up - it's not. But a little bit more effort when you already have a spreadsheet of reviews that need importing, if you're moving from another review provider.
In fact, I have returned to Stamped.io having been talked into trying an alternative provider for an additional benefit (which didn't work in any case!). All I can say is, when something works one can easily take it for granted.
Now that I have returned to using Stamped.io, I have even more trust in their knowledge and have moved up a notch to a plan that will provide all the more features and benefits, such as their loyalty scheme and add more features to the reviews. This will ultimately make it easier for potential customers to find reviews that address any anxieties they may have (using keywords).
It's been a hard lesson, but I'm so pleased to be back with Stamped.io, I really am. Thanks so much for your help guys : )
Had an issue with stars and reviews not showing when I changed themes, and Vi was so helpful in fixing the problem for me. Within a few hours it was all sorted. Thank you so much, would highly recommend!
Amazing support from Sid - thanks a ton! We have the app since quite some time and are happy with it. It's quite pricey though if you want some nice features added.
Excellent customer service and support for installing my google reviews coding into the backend of my own website. Plus I have also been using Stamped for my very own reviews for a few years now and the product is super easy to use for my customers. Highly recommend Stamped. Thank you.
As always our experience when connecting with Stamped is outstanding. They are quick to respond and provide expert advice. We have been using Stamped for 3 years and we are very satisfied with their apps and service. The ability to customize widgets, integration with other apps, really help us to have a good experience for our customers.
AWESOME support. It is a Saturday and the chatbot was of little use. It then invited me to get in touch via email. I was not expecting much.
But then I got a reply in less than 2 minutes I would say. My reviews were missing all of a sudden and they needed to add some customer display widget. Only thing that would have been better is if they were able to tell when this issue started and why.
Possibly due to my theme, another app, or Shopify itself. Mystery continues.
I was also happy that they offered to help with the fix. It simply took a collaboration request and about 10 minutes. It would have taken me MUCH longer I am sure.
Niran was amazing and super helpful. The team helped us get the star rating badge installed below the product title on our product pages in our correct font and colours and it looks amazing.
Stamped is really excellent and have responsive support. However, we just found out we have been paying for a service that is not fit for our purpose because all our products are free to download (we are a publisher).
So, Stamped is great unless your products:
a) have a price of $0.00
b) have negative inventory
So, for the reason that we have just found out a + b after using Stamped for years, we're giving it a low rating. I doubt they will refund us, but they should really let users know that this is the case before signing up.
We only found out after persisting with multiple emails to support.
Their customer service was helpful in getting a task done quickly and they communication was great. Niran was a pleasure to work with!
