Excellent app, but more importantly excellent support. With an app like this with many features, there are naturally a lot of things that need to be worked out. The team is super responsive (do they sleep?). I definitely would recommend to anyone.
Great app and even better support!! Replied within minutes and installed the new widget 2.0 for us. Whole process took under an hour from start to finish and fixed a bug reported by my users.Really great to work with these guys. Couldn't be happier!! Keep it up :)
Excellent app to receive product reviews, and it showcases the reviews very nicely with banners like verified buyer etc. it has nice features like review carousel, product recommendations etc. The support is superb as well. I personally worked with Tommy Ong and he is awesome. support is super fast in getting back and resolving any issues. I recommend this app.
We use stamped.io as an alternative to shopify's main review app. Stamped not only works very smoothly and comes with a very intuitive and easy to use backend. Also and especially the support is extraordinary, very attentive and responsive. Highly recommended! Impact Berry Coffee

UPDATE: We opened 5 expansion stores in Shopify, and Stamped was able to connect our product reviews across each store. They took care of everything in a very timely manner with excellent communication. Still very happy we chose Stamped!

Adding Stamped reviews to our Shopify store has been key in letting customers know about the quality of our product and how fun it really is! Their customer service is both speedy and helpful - we love that they work with us on solutions. The app works great and they include a lot options for customization. I love that the app knows when to send out review request emails - which is based on our own timeline. The team was happy to help us upload prior customers from a provided date range. This app is very helpful and straight to the point. It gives step by step instructions as to how to use this app and access different features.
I had trouble with seeing the Reviews on the collection page and new reviews were not available after being published. I got great support, and fast response. Good solutions thanks a lot
