Best support ever. Great app. This app is what you need to manage the reviews in your store and be able to manage the opinions of your customers. The best thing is the technical support. Amazing support. Recommend it

Extraordinary care and attention, this app is great and does so much more than the competitors at a price level that gives this software the edge.

Used to be an amazing app. They were recently bought and now the customer service SUCKS now! Way over priced. Such a bummer. Tom with stamped was the whole Reason we stayed with this app. Customer service is EVERYTHING!!

It would be better if the product in an order we all listed to be reviewed and submitted together. instead of the algo deciding on one to be given the priority and the others only showing below. customers are reviewing just the top ones and not the ones below (the other products)

I like the app and the customer service has been great, but the dashboard can be a little more user friendly. It's a little confusing and hard to follow. The widgets allow you to copy code, but there are no directions on how to install the code on my shopify store.

Very useful application. It would be great if the system can send review request to customer only after the parcel has received by customer.

I need to change my review and say that this company is so big that is unbelievable that they don't have chat support or telephone support for urgent issues. I had a big urgent problem with customers getting 10x more points than they should and it was impossible to contact any support and had to wait for them to get back to me by mail.

I will change my review when they update and add a telephone number to support or add a live chat. This company is too big not to have it.

I just started managing the company's Stamped.io account actually and have some both positive and more constructive feedback. I love that the program has automated features to it, like sorting the flagged reviews versus the auto-published ones. The exclude certain terms tool is also super useful especially in our industry. Now, some feedback I have that may potentially help improve the platform is that the review request email templates should be easier to edit. In order to edit it, there are many broken-up sections so it is not super efficient to see the whole picture in one place. Also, it would be cool if there were more manual capabilities with sorting through the incoming, unpublished reviews. The customer support has been pretty good overall as well, although I do support the idea that English-speaking representatives help English-speaking customers for higher efficiency.
