Very easy to implement, I like that the reviews are collected right within the email. It integrates very nicely with my theme, currently using Venture.
Also nice that I can customize the email with the look and feel of my store.

Great customer help. A few things confused me, but the customer help got on to it within hours, so that was super helpful.

Very worthwhile app for those with the Shopify Reviews app. This app clearly adds an important main function (auto-emailing review requests) but also has some other nice extensions. I had no problems installing or configuring the app and it has been functioning without issue for a few weeks now. I've already gathered a number of new reviews. I feel like many apps end up costing more than the value they provide - certainly not the case here. In my opinion, the value you're getting as a business is well in excess of the very low cost for the app, even the full feature version.

Fast support responses, and importing reviews are a little tricky so be prepared to spend some time on this.
