This app is excellent and the support team is top notch! I had a few questions and they were answered immediately. Before adding it, reviews were trickling in... After adding it we have a steady flow of reviews coming in every single day. The price point is a bargain compared to the other review apps. It's simple-You want more reviews and repeat customers? Tommy really is the 5 star of this app. Super helpful, fast to respond, and able to figure out a fix for the issue quickly. The app its self is top notch. The functionality you get for the premium price is well worth it compared to some won't-be-named competitors who completely gouge the price. Don't hesitate. Get this app, don't look back! Upgrade to premium as the functionality is well worth it. 10 Stars if I could give it!

Not only is this app an awesome and affordable tool, the support is simply outstanding. I'm not one to write reviews but the team behind this tool has blown me away!! They go above and beyond, and have really wowed me. Ivan is the man and has helped me with 3 or 4 things in getting my store and stamped setup. Great response time, great backend, great product overall, and I love that they offer a free version to start with. It's so helpful.
These guys came recommended by a much larger company than us and boy were they right. Such a great product and one of the best customer service experiences I've had with any app/vendor since we switched to Shopify. So helpful importing our Amazon reviews and the reviews we've collected on our website, Shart.com. Helped us get settings just right too. It's no wonder they have a 4.9 rating.
