My 2nd review for this app since I am using it 2 stores....If you are looking for a full feature review collection product with more features than the higher cost industry leader, you will find that with Stamped. The support is by far the best of all my platforms...and we use 7 different ones. I wish the Stamped team supported some of my other platforms in terms of answering speed. Their email reply is almost as fast as any chat. You will not be sorry for choosing them.
We've been using Stamped reviews for around 4 years and can definitely recommend it! We like how it looks throughout our site, it integrates well with other apps, and Support is fantastic (thanks, Eslam!)... very responsive and fast to solve things. Reviews are consistently one of the main factors our customers say influences their purchase decisions, so this app is a very important one for us!

Great app! Learning the ins and outs still and wish I could edit the color of the reviews tab on my website (the red while eye catching doesn't really go with my website). But getting customer reviews on my site is the most important thing and I am so glad I was able to do it myself!

This app is agile and very useful. Their customer support is, oh well, very supportive and efficient. We get many reviews every day, so I guess this is also an easy and friendly experience for our clients
Our business has been using Stamped.io for our customer ratings for over 5 years. I have had nothing but excellent experience with the platform, and there are alot of tools that are essential for easy upstart and automation, especially for a small business team that is doing 100 things at the same time. Absolutely love this app and will be keeping it in the long-term. Also as a bonus, customer service is TOP NOTCH at responding in a timely manner, and made sure everything I need is answered!
The first app I've truly invested time into for my store.. This is truly a game changer! Not only does the product speak for itself, but the customer service is second to none. I was stressing out figuring out how to install this onto my custom theme, but with the help of their integration support specialists, I got everything sorted away within a couple of days! Amazing product, and better yet, amazing TEAM!
