Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

This is a good app backed up by great support. We've been running this app on our store for two years now and it really does the job. But, what I really want to say is how good the support is. The support team got back to me with an answer in less than 12 hours. They fixed the problem and answered all my questions. Superb! I highly recommend this review app to anyone on Shopify.

Great way to source product reviews from customers. Automations and integrations all synced easily and effortlessly.

Tech support is excellent, they even diagnosed a problem on my site that had nothing to do with their app.

We re-launched our website through Shopify [from another vendor] back in September 2016. During the transition there was a gap in our review collection for our yarn products.

We installed Product Reviews Addon from Stamped IO which was absolutely a breeze. We made a couple of template adjustments and voila! We are really seeing results VERY quickly. In 4 months we are now averaging 200 reviews a month from under a 100.

Stamped was really easy to set up and get going with. 3 days after getting set up the reviews from our prior customers are rolling in. They have great documentation and a nice integration with Klaviyo our email marketing system. From a value perspective Stamped.io is amazing and that value scales. We had looked at yotpo amongst other platforms and Stamped.io provided the features that we really wanted for 1/3 of the price.

If you are comparing several different platforms, are serious about getting your review program going, are looking for value for money, use this.

Great customer support. Very responsive! I emailed them about an issue and got a response immediately and they followed up until the issue was resolved. Also, lots of great features within the app.

Stamped is very simple and easy to use. It has multiple features in one that makes the process of collecting and posting reviews a breeze to do, it just happens on its own without having to put too much thought and effort in. Their customer service tea is very good as well have always been very helpful and quick to assist with anything at all!
