The app does not import 100 reviews as it says it will. It mostly imports 10-20 reviews on average. Then the app also does not update any new reviews after the initial import. It does not sync any new reviews. Even when you do it manually the app does not import any new reviews. Then there is no direct integration with Google Merchant Center for Google Shopping and Google Listings. You have to do it manually through another app.

To provide further clarification, our app will automatically import new reviews after 14 days from the last import.

Using free plan useless short images and only 20 reviews to show. Your executive sandy conveyed the same when asked for more reviews to show and bigger image. But you charged me for premium plan. What are you doing are you fraud or what?

We regret to hear about your recent experience. As partners with the app, we don't have any control over the initiation or amount of charges. These are handled by Shopify's billing system in accordance with their terms and conditions. We only receive a portion of the value through a separate agreement with Shopify as app partners.
There seems to be a misunderstanding, but rest assured, we have proactively credited your app account. This means you can continue to use our app even without being charged. Additionally, we have raised the review limit per product to 1500.
