The user interface is better compared to other apps. Customer support is also very easy to talk to. When I had a problem with my reviews not showing, the customer service was helpful.
However, it would be even more convenient if the app's features and widgets could be seamlessly embedded on the website without the need for customer support assistance.

日本製ではなかったので、どれにしようか迷っていて、
直感的に使えそうで、
Googleのショッピング広告などでも表示されたり、検索結果などにも表示されるものを探していたのですが、それができそうなので利用しました。
結果無料なのにそれがちゃんとできています。
さらには、レビュー返信メールが英語でどう変更していいかが困っていて、
ふとチャットで日本語質問してみたら（チャットが英語なので、ダメ元で）
すぐに返信していただき、なんと文面を送れば設定してくれると！！
なんと親切で早いカスタマーサービスなんだろうと感激しました。
日本での利用もおすすめします！
