Easy to use and even import csv file if needed. I had trouble with it showing reviews correctly on my website. Their support team was excellent and very professional. Resolution was quick, site is fixed and reviews showing correctly. When I changed themes they helped fix it as I had a hard time getting it to show immediately in all areas. I am only trying free version but after this experience, I think I'll go with a paid plan. They are worth it.

Good functionality and responsive support.
However, after a recent change, the app became unusable for any shop that cares about page speed, Google rankings and efficient use of resources.
The app does not allow the user to control where the JS and CSS files are injected. It just loads large files in ALL urls, even if the app is not used there. It is not possible to block it.
The result is unnessecary page size on the home page and other important pages.
Don't get distracted by the decent product review features, because there is a big price you pay for it
