Best app for upsell and cross-sell, easy to pick trigger and offer products, blends in with the theme on any store, doesn't give awkward colours or fonts!!!

I have tested each and every upsell app which is currently available for shopify. This one is by far the best! You can clearly see that they thought it through from the beginning to the end, before they actually programmed it. The whole support team, particularly Dan and Bhumi, are super helpful and you receive a response in no time.
As for the app itself, I love that you can select variants as triggers. The whole set-up process of selecting your trigger and creating the offer is very simple. AND, most importantly, it is the ONLY upsell app which really understand what "upsells" really are! All other apps out there call it "upsell" when they actually mean "cross sell". The cool thing with THIS app is, that you can create both! I love it!
The only thing which I miss is, that you cannot create upsell offers for ATC events with variants as triggers and variants as upsells. Moreover, it would be great if one could create a cross sell offer RIGHT AFTER the upsell offer and not only once they check out. Hope they will implement these functions at some point!

I was having trouble installing the app and was just thinking of canceling the free trial. I contacted the customer support and was replied to within minutes from Aubrey. Within an hour and a few emails from Brendin, I was up and running and am overjoyed on how I was treated. top notch customer service. addressed my concerned quickly and I really felt like they had my best interests in mind rather than seeing me as dollar signs. As long as im in shopify, Ill be running Bold products.

Good service so far, the app is doing what I need for now and the support staff where quick to make the necessary amendments to my theme to get it working.
