I am excited to use the upsell app and Rony J was so helpful in getting it going and fine tuning the appearance. can't wait to see the results. I think the potential is very exciting and so easy to use
The app is really great- the only problem is I can't add the same product as a trigger before checkout. So if you want more of the same product it only let's you add it as a trigger when adding to cart-- but then doesn't allow you to discount it. Customer service is great and Kelsey was very helpful and even stayed 15 minutes later past their closing to help me. I'm going to keep trying because the team is really helpful.
30 trial days for such an offer is really nice.

4/5 because you need to connect with a third-party application (for Thank you cross-sel feature) that wasn't expected.

Handy, easy to use and does what it says on the tin. However I'd like to see this functionality combined with the Bold Commerce Discount app. We had initially thought that we were signing up for an app that would allow us to run BOGOF campaigns. When we realised we needed Discount too, we decided that the outlay was too large for a small store like ours.
The app developers were helpful in informing me how to setup properly. If you have any questions just ask them,.
As usual with Bold Apps, you get a lot of bang for your buck and your customers will be happy like Pharell! Great stuff.
Great app but can have small bugs here and there like offers getting mixed up together or not showing at all

Dan on the support team was super helpful! I had two or three issues that he fixed quickly, and he sent me personalized videos to help with my specific problem. The app has some glitches depending on what theme you use in shopify. For some reason mine added some text at the bottom when the customer clicked on the upsell item. The support team also helped me fix those glitches. Also, it's a little confusing that crossells are also called upsells in the app. Anyway, just some feedback. Thanks, guys!
It's a great idea and if it's right for your type of products, it's a definite keeper.
Good app - with a few tweaks we got Product Upsell to work across the MagScapes range of products. Support also good and fast to reply.
