My concern was how easy it was to install and work with as I have a concussion and I need this to be very easy to understand.
The help I received was exceptional! The Bold team went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Their help was immediate! And the good news is... using this app is simple!!! (And that’s coming from a person with comprehension issues!)

I rarely leave reviews - being busy like we all are - but I have to say that the level of personal support in real time was excellent. I had an issue that needed resolving. The guys had a go. Couldn't fix it, so had another go - explained the issue and now its fixed! Apple / Google / Microsoft etc - Learn from this!
Great customer support from shappify and a good app that works well securing additional sales. My only gripe is to shopify - why don't we get this functionality all-in? Pity because other solutions offer that for the same money. No doubt the market will sort it out.

DinkyDogClub has been using this app more to cross-sell merchandise for a few months now and it easily pays for itself. Once you get the hang of it, using the app up is easy and it gets you thinking of creative product pairings. Bold Upsell is a natural way to increase average order value because you're simply introducing customers to complimentary items or a better value product. Bottom line, Bold Upsell is a way to automatically make more money. We give it four paws up.
