Customer service is awful, I needed help with using two of the apps to create a BOGO sale. They got back to me at first to answer one of my questions and went on to ignoring me completely. This happened 3 times this year, I contacted them for help each time and each time they would respond once or twice and then nothing anymore.I probably sent 7 emails asking for help - nothing.
Don't get any of their apps unless you are able to help yourself with questions because these people wont help you.
I would give 0 stars if I could.

Was struggling first time i tried the app but The support team was great ! that's enough for me to be satisfied with the app :)

This app is going to be a game changer for my business. I have already received several actual conversions and am looking forward to many more. I wish I would have had this tool months ago, I was leaving a lot of money on the table.

This app is 100% worth the price. It is BY FAR the best upsell app I have used yet. I can easily go in and see all upsells I have ever made and how they converted. It makes it very easy to do testing.

Application que je recommande, le service client est très réactif (Esha pour ma part). Il serait intéressant d'améliorer le design par défaut sur le front office, j'ai du mettre un coup de CSS pour que ca fasse davantage dans l'air du temps
