Bold upsell was easy to implement and when I needed further guidance, Challi was there to provide great support. Challi made sure that I had a full understanding of how the app operated and was always timely with following up on any additional questions I had.

I’m sure the app is fine. Unfortunately the customer service is terrible! Really don’t recommend this app if the device is this bad early on.

Closed my store for days!

This Product Upsell app caused my store to be down for five days until Shopify stepped in to fix it. Injected scripts were being pushed into my store by the app which prevented our shipping methods to load – hence prevented customers to make a purchase.

Bold couldn’t care less when they got involved, I got the most uninterested answer and they did not seem to find a reason to look further into it for other customers to avoid the same error.

Five days without sales - that’s pretty expensive.

We downloaded this app, product discount, and product builder. Jordan helped me out on all the questions I had to be live and ready by Friday 12:00 AM. It's great that Bold has all the apps you need so you only need to contact 1 person for all of your questions. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Thank you guys for opening up your support 24/7 during the biggest sale weekend in the states.

1 Star because it's not good enough that your old code stays behind and slows up the theme. I don't think it's good enough that you won't help uninstall the code..
