Great service, great tools and great support team. Been using Bold since day-1. I very much appreciated having direct support from Jay, co-founder of Bold. UPDATE: Jay had a call with me directly and helped me to go through some upsells, and was then able to resolve an ongoing issue that was affecting the performance of the app on my site.
Not getting the revenue in to make it worth the cost of the app, and haven't really ever since the app updated.
Good morning! I'm sure we can fix this problem 💪. Most stores see minimum 10X ROI, some are well over 100X. I looked at your store and I know without a doubt we can do the same. It may just be how you had it set up, the products being recommended, or triggers need to be adjusted.
I'm one of the co-founders here and I'll personally help you set it up, and if I can't get it making 10X what it costs you, I'll make it free! That's how confident I am.

Transitioning Bold Upsell to our new theme and Taylor helped make it happen quickly and expediently. Bold has always been so easy to work with!
Only thing I'd love to see is the addition of a 'cart progress' indicator to upsell to a free gift or discount. Love all the new additions Bold has made to this tool over the years.
I had previously used Bold Upsells and was genuinely impressed by the functionality and value it brought to my store. The app itself is well-designed, intuitive, and effective at increasing average order value through strategic upselling. However, at the time, their billing structure wasn’t quite the right fit for my business model, which ultimately led me to uninstall the app.
To my surprise and appreciation, a few weeks later, the team at Bold reached out to inform me that they had revised their pricing model. The new structure was far more reasonable and much better aligned with what I was looking for. Their willingness to adapt and listen to customer feedback really stood out to me—it showed they genuinely care about building lasting relationships with their users.

I've almost never seen as shop that didn't see solid ROI when they have high quality upsell offers setup on the product page, cart drawer, in checkout, and the one-click post purchase offers.

I had trouble installing this app, but RON came to my rescue very quickly and got it working for me! Shappify's Customer Service is amazing, especially in this world of big box store attitude.
