Bold AI Upsell & Cross‑Sell

Great service, great tools and great support team. Been using Bold since day-1. I very much appreciated having direct support from Jay, co-founder of Bold. Glad we could exchange some thoughts around how to improve the overall service for us merchants. Thanks so much again and hope to keep using & leveraging Bold for our business moving forward.

At first, I had a few issues with the app and wasn’t too happy, but the team reached out to me personally to offer support. I’ve got to say, it turned out to be the best customer service I’ve ever had from an app developer!

Jay took the time to walk me through the best ways to use the app for my shop’s needs and even helped me set it up in real time so I could start working right away. They made me feel like I was their only customer, and it’s such a great feeling to know someone’s really on your side

UPDATE: Jay had a call with me directly and helped me to go through some upsells, and was then able to resolve an ongoing issue that was affecting the performance of the app on my site.

Not getting the revenue in to make it worth the cost of the app, and haven't really ever since the app updated.

Super easy to use and a great app, my store has performed so much better since I started using the different featurs offered through this!

We use an entire suite of Bold apps for our Shopify site. We like how Bold seamlessly integrates with all the other Bold apps to provide a great user experience for our customers as well as quick great customer service if we experience some kind of service interruption or question about the service.

A great easy to operate app that has increased our AOV significantly!
Pricing is great and makes it a no brainer for us to use on higher ticket items to cross sell low cost products that add extra value for the customer and us.

Definitely makes our lives easier with bold. We love that you can skip a month, change the order date and other features like discount codes etc. I wish a new feature of future dating a cancellation would be added in the future.

Transitioning Bold Upsell to our new theme and Taylor helped make it happen quickly and expediently. Bold has always been so easy to work with!
Only thing I'd love to see is the addition of a 'cart progress' indicator to upsell to a free gift or discount. Love all the new additions Bold has made to this tool over the years.
