Customer service on this app is among the worst I've seen. I was charged $90 upon install and 20 minutes later I was asking for a refund because in a blog post it was advertised this app does Post Purchase Upsell when in fact, it did not. That's another app. I requested a refund and customer service made me run through hoops and hoops for a simple refund/reversal for a charge 20 minutes ago. They want a bill number which has not been generated yet. I'm unable to understand why it's so difficult to refund someone who hasn't even used your app for an hour. I have contacted Shopify Support who also said it's not possible to provide a billing number as the invoice was not paid yet. They requested I delete this app and they would contact the developer directly to get this resolved. I will edit my review upon further updates.
Great App and getting use to setting up and using it as it is helping me sell more.

Careful installing ANY BOLD App!! They add a ton of code. We have been down all week. The apps do not all talk to each other, a lot of features are not intuitive, and URGENT in the BOLD world, is now 6 DAYS!! When they work they are great, but when they don't it is a nightmare!

so far so good!! No issues - set up was pretty easy and intuitive. Great video in case it was needed.

Kendel from Bold Commerce (Product Upsell) is always my guy to speak to in this company. He is a GENIUS, excellent in coding and very friendly. I almost did not want to say his name so no one takes him from me LOL. Excellent application, has brought me over 240k in sales between my 3 stores. Works for me! Only glitch is I don't like having to write a description for each offer.
Best app for upsell and cross-sell, easy to pick trigger and offer products, blends in with the theme on any store, doesn't give awkward colours or fonts!!!
