Increases conversions. Would like it to look a bit better though (the upsell that pops up when "add to cart")

Works perfect, is very easy to use and configure. Is a perfect app to increase your cart.
The support take a while to answer the emails, but is ok.
Product Upsell is the perfect app for everybody who wants to increase his revenue easily. It´s very easy and fast to set up and its really doing its job well. We´re using a german shop, but there was no problem at all with the customazion.
Very easy to use. Great layout. Looks great! Hopefully it will help our store sell more products!!!!

Very innovative and unique app - still busy figuring it all out but excited to see how it will improve my store
the app was working great and the customer service is amazing however this app couldn't handle all my collections.. Will download again once they update their app.

Needs WAY more options and customize, such as being able to choose an entire collection as an upsell and rotate items, instead of having to choose every single product manually, and only getting 3 options. Why am I limited to 27 characters for title? Really dumb!! And I want to enter HTML so I can insert a simple LINEBREAK But I cannot. Looks elementary.
Also, Pricing is expensive, why do I need to pay monthly for a 1-off script? $720 per year. Plus if I want to really use this, gotta buy the $15/month 'discount app' on top of this.
Integrates really well and very easy to set up. would recommend.
The initial code installation is very hard if you don't know any liquid coding so prepare to pay for the installation as well. (Which I don't think should be paid). If I'm paying per month to use the app, the company should install it for Free.
So far what bugs me the most is that the basic level doesn't really provide any reporting so for these reasons I rate this as a two star app.
One star goes to customer services and the other for usability.
We still use the app but most likely will switch if we see some other app with all features included.
This app was actually recommended to me by another happy customer, so far I am using it to do currency conversions to make it easier for people across the world to shop at my store and it's fantastic!
I am gradually going deeper into the Bold ecosystem and if it's at all like my current experience, then I look forward to a long relationship with Bold.

P.S. They have great customer support agents like Kelsey who make your experience even better! She got to me right away, accurately assessed my situation and came up with a solution just as quickly!
