best of all the bestest app in shopify and iam very happy to be using it for my store and very thankfull.

Pro: Staffs are friendly and helpful
Cons:
.No support 24/7. The wait was long (My store was paused 3 days because I needed this app and already paid for it)
.30/200 views were just for figuring out if the app was working.
.Charge per view was unfair since it doesn't guarantee sales
.App was not very responsive. Took it long enough before it is loaded and customers may have skipped to cart already.
.Should add more features like more title characters
=> Overall, ClickFunnel offers cross-sell and upsell with email support and more for the same cost. Here if you get more than 5000 views you will get charged like $90. Clickfunnel charges $97 for unlimited views (so they are technically the same thing but ClickFunnel offers more)

Great app but can have small bugs here and there like offers getting mixed up together or not showing at all

Dan on the support team was super helpful! I had two or three issues that he fixed quickly, and he sent me personalized videos to help with my specific problem. The app has some glitches depending on what theme you use in shopify. For some reason mine added some text at the bottom when the customer clicked on the upsell item. The support team also helped me fix those glitches. Also, it's a little confusing that crossells are also called upsells in the app. Anyway, just some feedback. Thanks, guys!

Bold upsell was easy to implement and when I needed further guidance, Challi was there to provide great support. Challi made sure that I had a full understanding of how the app operated and was always timely with following up on any additional questions I had.

I’m sure the app is fine. Unfortunately the customer service is terrible! Really don’t recommend this app if the device is this bad early on.
