Fantastic app. Super simple to use.

I have used this app for a couple different promotions. Recently, we are firing off a BOGO free with a minimum cart amount. I had a few issues getting it rolling and VIghnesh was able to assist and provide insight on different methods the app allows. Customer service was fantastic.

We recently installed this app so haven't used it enough yet for to comment on any increase in sales, but the set up was very easy and self-explanatory which is always a win for us.

Rony and Eric worked SO hard to help me figure out a solution to a BOGO offer I wanted to put into play for the holidays! Rony worked so hard (definitely above and beyond) to figure out a way for me to run a BOGO promo on my site using over 11 specific products. I highly recommend this app :)

Initially I thought this app was good but after using for about 6 months or so I have noticed that somehow some customers are landing on a 'duplicate' item page and when they do this it is shown as a blank page saying 'product is not available' and when they do this they tend to leave the site. I presume the duplicate products must have been picked up by search engines.
When I contacted for help the advice was incomplete and when I queried to ask for further info they still didn't really answer the question. Each time it took a few days to get back. I have disabled this app now as it's doing more harm than good.

I recently purchased and installed Product Upsell in correlation with Product Discount to run a BOGO deal.

As a web newbie, I relied on Bold Support's Brendin and Tiff who were EXTREMELY helpful in both the installation, instruction and use of the app. I can't thank them enough for all their help.

Bold really have the best suite of apps out there. Unlike the million other one-man team apps out there (some are great, but support can often be lackluster) - Bold has a SOLID support team that is always responsive and super helpful. Talked to Kelsey there today, and she went above and beyond what I expected. Oh and their Upsell Funnel app is excellent for increasing your AOV!

Experimenting with the Upsell App and finding it a great tool for increasing price per cart. Trial period and entry level pricing option allows for opportunity to fully test and experiment. Only small challenge has been installing the Ajax cart function! Great app!

We love this app! I particularly like the cross-sells which allows our customers to easily upgrade items or buy accessories that apply to them. The support team, especially Dan, is also top notch. They get back to you quickly and are very helpful.
