Was confused about setting up a buy one choose a range of products for free offer and i tinkered with it for 2 days. I finally couldn't take it anymore and reached out to the Bold Support team. Excellent App. It really increased my revenue when I installed it. I highly recommend. It provided a quick and easy way to provide upsell & cross- sell.
this is a great app, i have it for a week now, no sales so far but it is easy to install and the customer service is great. Dan is always responsive to all my emails and helps with all you need to install and make it work. I am trying this App for 30 days to see if I have any sales from it. Let you know.
They provide great customer service. Wally was the assigned service advisor, and he got me back with the update every time he made any progress to resolve issue, and finally resolved it. I strongly recommend this team.
