Tech support is so amazing was able to fix all of my concerns in a very timely manner. This app so exceeds my expectations.
Sehr zuvorkommender Support, lässt sich Zeit und schreibt sehr schnell zurück. Die App selber hat ein wenig ein Darstellungsproblem im Backend dass ein Teil in Englisch und Deutsch angezeigt wird aber man versteht es schon. Ein absolutes Must Have für alle die costum Produkte anbieten wollen

Wonderful Customer Support, I was assisted throughout and made the interface very easy for me to use and work with. It even has a Quote Page Section with the design lab. Very innovative, I highly recommend!

I have been using Inkybay for about a month now and I must say that they are very quick to respond to any & all support questions. They have solved every issue I have had & any request that I have made. Have been using InkBay for a month now. Very easy to add items and take over for the items that I already had in my store. This gives the customer everything i need to run my store efficiently. The customers love the ability to customize to there liking! Customer support has been amazing too! Jeff did a great job answering my questions! Thank you!

Customer service has been great so far. Very fast to respond. The app does take some time to learn but has a wide variety of options to customize products.
