This app has made my life so much easier. I love how it pulls in all of the COG information from Aliexpress. I can easily enter additional monthly expenses into their system and even set them as a reoccurring charges.
A great snapshot of essential financial metrics. A must-have to keep your eye on financial performance. Some issues on syncing Facebook to pull marketing cost but the rest seems to work brilliantly.

I'am sorry to hear that you have trouble with the facebook integration. If you want to, you can start a live chat with us right from the dashboard. Just click the blue chat icon on the bottom left of the dashboard.

Overall good interface and easy to use. Could use some more features such as list exports, detailed analysis
I love this app, use it everyday to check on all metrics.
Only my visitors aren't being counted and so the revenue per visitor & conversion rate is not displaying, can you help me?

Unfortunatly Shopify does not provided the information to display these metrics. However you can use our Google Analytics integration to acces this information on the dashboard.
The integration is free of charge.

relatively east to use, if customer service is online they get back to you very quickly and are very helpful. Good tools and many many options

Dont recommend, app take hours to get correct data it creates a lot of trouble in dayli scale.

We believe this customer is talking about the ad spend update procedure. Typically, this process is quite speedy, usually taking just a few seconds. Even when multiple days' worth of updates are involved, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes. However, it's important to note that we depend on third-party infrastructure, such as Facebook or Google. Sometimes, the update process may encounter unexpected issues, like downtime on the Facebook Ads Manager or other network problems.
Don't worry though; we've got you covered. Our app includes a live chat support feature. If you encounter any problems, please feel free to reach out to our support team. They are more than willing to assist you with any issues you may face.

Would get 5 start if the ad accounts didn't get disconnected every time.
Hi there, sorry that we missed your inquiry. Some of our support staff was on holiday during the easter weekend.
Inquiries affecting the system stability should have been attended to in a timely manner but yours must have slipped through.
Regarding the issue with disconnecting adaccounts.
There was a bug in the API from facebook that we use to download the adspend reports.

This has been resolved by facebook and adaccounts won't disconnect in the future.
We recently rolled out an update on how we handle the login process. There might be an issue we are not aware of.
