Koala Bundles Volume Discounts

Using the "ProfitKoala - Upsell Bundle" app, I found it to be highly effective in increasing the average order value and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience. The app's intuitive interface makes it easy to set up upsell and bundle offers that are visually appealing and well-integrated into the store's design.

We’re really happy with this app! We’ve tried other ones, but Koala stood out because of their super fast and helpful customer service. Plus, it’s so easy to tweak the campaign layout so you get it exactly the way you want it to match the look of your store, and setting everything up was a breeze. Honestly, if all customer service was like Koala’s, life would be so much easier!

This App caused intermittent and critical issues on our high-volume store. Due to this App customers were unable to add items to their cart on mobile, mounting to lost sales of around £15,000 one morning.

As soon as we turned the App off the issue was resolved.

The developer of the App told us they could not replicate the issue, but that was because we had turned the App's offers off by then. The developer of this App did not want to take any responsibility for this and became very defensive, though they did admit that other customers of theirs had raised the same concerns on the same day.

Our own developer later stated that this issue was caused by this Application.

We recommend you do not install this App, it is not worth the risk.

The app is easy to set up and use so far and my interactions with customer service whenever I've had a question have been amazing - quick, friendly and extremely helpful. (Thanks, Louie!)

I’ve been using this Shopify Bundles app for a little while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how much it’s helped my store. Setting up product bundles is super easy, and it’s been a great way to increase sales without any complicated setup.

I've been using their app for the past 125 days now. It's excellent - and offers just the required presentation for my product offerings. Support team is highly responsive, and even added a requested feature.

Working with the team has been amazing to get our special bulk discount offer updated for our 5 year anniversary. It works so well on our Shopify site and is integrated in our POS.
