We've tested several gift and upsell apps, and Koala has been the easiest to set up while offering exactly the flexibility we needed. The app works smoothly, the interface is intuitive, and the gift rules are very easy to configure.

What impressed us the most was the support team. They responded quickly, understood our requirements, and helped us customize the setup to match our store perfectly.

I've tried a lot of bundling apps for Shopify. This is the first I've stuck with. There are a lot of options and it makes setup really easy.

I’ve been using Koala Bundles for my shop and it’s great, but the customer support is next level. I had an issue with my product variants not syncing with the app, so I reached out and Max helped me out. He was awesome! Not only did he fix the sync problem super fast, but he also tweaked the design so the bundles look absolutely perfect on my page. Super fast and helpful support, thanks a lot Max!

I’ve worked with quite a few Shopify apps, and this is honestly one of the best investments we’ve made for our store.

The app offers so many useful features and campaign options that every e-commerce marketer would need to run a professional online store. Instead of installing multiple separate apps, you can manage a lot of important promotional activities in one place, which makes day-to-day marketing much easier.

What impressed me the most, however, was the support team. We ran into an issue while launching our first campaign. At first, it looked like the app had crashed, but it turned out the root cause was actually a Shopify-related error. Despite it not being their fault, Alina immediately jumped in, explained exactly what was happening, guided us through the issue, and helped us get everything up and running.

The timing was particularly unfortunate because we were preparing a live campaign, but the team handled the situation incredibly professionally. They even extended our access as a goodwill gesture, despite the issue being completely outside of their control. That level of customer care is rare these days.

It's still a little early to measure the full impact on sales, but I'm already impressed with this app. I chose it over dozens of other bundle apps because, first, it offers several promotion types I specifically wanted to test, including quantity breaks and one-click checkbox add-ons. Second, it's got a minimalist vibe vs. a really cluttered look.

In the first 24 hours, I've already seen 7 orders with increased AOV from the quantity break offers alone, which is very encouraging. The app is easy to set up, and customer support has been responsive and quick whenever I've had questions. So far, it's been a great addition to my store.

This app offers some excellent features, though there are still many functionalities yet to be developed—specifically, it currently lacks the "bundle" style option that I was most hoping for. However, the customer service is truly outstanding; support agents Gyte and Louie helped me resolve numerous issues, and I am extremely grateful for their assistance.
